Checking availability and sending an inquiry does not commit you to anything. First you see the price, and only then decide whether you want to receive an offer.
How booking works
The whole process is simple and intuitive — we'll guide you step by step. Until you receive our offer, you're taking no risk at all, so ask away: we're happy to help, and checking takes just a moment.
Based on the dates you provide, we calculate an initial, indicative price at the standard new-guest rate. If you're interested, in step two you send us an inquiry along with your contact details — every inquiry is reviewed individually, and we try to prepare a more attractive offer for returning guests.
We try to reply as quickly as possible — usually within 12 hours. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, please treat it as a technical issue and get in touch with us directly: email (recommended) · SMS · phone
Once you receive our offer, you have 2 days to pay the deposit or full amount (depending on how close it is to your arrival date — details in the House Rules ), which confirms your reservation. Check-in is self check-in, with no need for an in-person meeting.
