Prepared for your arrival
Before arrival we prepare the apartment and a small starter package (Dolce Gusto capsules, laundry capsule, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper). The package is for the start of your stay only.
Fresh, freshly scented bedding and towels are waiting for you at the start of your stay. For stays longer than 7 nights, a towel change is possible — only by prior arrangement, at a time that suits both sides. As with the rest of the stay, we do not enter the apartment while guests are away.
If you would prefer to use your own bedding or towels, just let us know in advance — we are happy to arrange that.
The apartment is handed over fully cleaned. Standard stays do not include cleaning or product replenishment during the stay — so you keep full privacy.

Self check-in 24/7, by code. From 16:00 the apartment is prepared and ready for self check-in — we send the access code as soon as everything is ready. If we manage to prepare earlier, we will let you know.
Check-out until 9:30 is when we start preparing the apartment for the next guests.
